Things people ask before booking.
- Is the audit really €2,500 or is that a bait price?
- That is the price. No upsell on the audit deliverable. The audit credits euro-for-euro against the Tier 1 setup fee if you proceed within 30 days, but that is your choice, not a condition.
- How big is my shop supposed to be for this to make sense?
- €5M to €20M annual GMV is the sweet spot for Tier 1. Above €15M with active subscription or returns volume, Tier 2 fits better. Below €5M, the inbox is usually small enough to handle with macros alone and you do not need us yet.
- You're priced in euro but I'm a UK brand. Can I pay in GBP?
- Yes. We are an Irish Ltd so prices are quoted in euro, but UK clients are invoiced in GBP at the prevailing rate on the day, and the audit credits the same euro-for-euro logic against setup. The €2,500 audit is roughly £2,150 at the time of writing; the exact figure goes on your invoice.
- Can I see the agent working before I book anything?
- It's already on this page. The chat bubble in the corner is a live Eltrus agent, the same build we deploy inside a helpdesk. Ask it about the audit, the tiers, or the integration layer. For anything specific to your shop it will hand you to me.
- What helpdesks do you support?
- Gorgias, Intercom, Zendesk, Help Scout, Freshdesk. If you are on something else, ask. We integrate inside your helpdesk, so we work with whatever you already pay for.
- Do you sign a DPA?
- Yes. GDPR Article 28 DPA with sub-processor list, scoped access checklist, and PII redaction policy. Bundled with every engagement that touches customer data. Available on signature, not after.
- Where does the AI run? Are you sending data to OpenAI or Anthropic?
- AI inference happens via Anthropic and (occasionally) OpenAI under DPF + Standard Contractual Clauses. No data is used for model training. The full sub-processor list is in the DPA.
- What happens if I cancel after Tier 1 setup?
- Three-month initial term with 30 days notice. After the initial term, only 30 days notice is needed. You keep every KB article and macro authored. We export them to markdown on request.
