The Loft started above a record shop on Eyre Square in 2017. Ailbhe Ní Bhriain wanted a hair studio that worked the way she wanted to do hair — slower, more honest, with longer appointments and shorter menus.
Nine years later we've moved one door down to bigger premises, but the brief is the same: do fewer clients well, charge fairly for the time, and tell people the truth about what their hair can do.
We're not the cheapest studio in Galway. We're not trying to be. What we are: independent, free of any brand affiliation, and run by the same person who answers the phone.
